What Is An Annual Site?
Basically, you own the structure on the site i.e. the cabin or caravan/annex and pay an annual fee to occupy the site for holiday use. The fee, in most cases, covers the cost of your family using the site, water and electricity.
Your annual permit allows 24 hour access to your site; so you can come and go as you please via the use of your own boom gate card, your lawns are mowed for you and you have access to all parks facilities.
You can sell and transfer your structure on approval from the park management and to ensure the park remains an inviting environment for all there are standards that must be maintained
